At Redbud Writers Guild, one of our values is to equip and amplify the voices of women of color in writing and publishing. Now in its third year, our Women of Color Mentoring Program offers a unique space for growth, connection, and professional development within a safe and supportive community.

Exclusive Coaching Calls
6-8 sessions per year with Dorina Gilmore-Young and Dorena Williamson on themes like creating your core message, how to get an agent, editing manuscripts, preparing book proposals, etc.
Community Connection
Attend a special mentee retreat and participate in a vibrant WOC support group in Central California/Yosemite National Park November 8-11. Room & board covered plus $200 travel reimbursement. Mandatory for participants.
