Regina Bartlett is a Christian wife, mother, writer, speaker, and passionate crafter (and tiny-dog enthusiast). After more than three decades wrestling with obesity—topping out at over 425 lbs—she made the courageous decision to reclaim her life through RNY gastric bypass and went from struggling up stairs to running the NYC Marathon. Once an atheist after childhood tragedy, she encountered Christ and now devotes her voice to storytelling that bears witness to grace, growth, and transformation. Drawing on 20 years in leadership development, Regina equips women and organizations to love well, embrace authenticity, and heal through vulnerability. Her writing and speaking foster hope, widen vision, and champion the diverse narratives of women of faith.
