Nancy is a writer, teacher, and midlife mama and wife who enjoys writing down the simple truths God reveals to her through life. Her first classroom was a thatched-roof hut in the jungles of Belize where she lived for two years with the Peace Corps. In 2020, she published her first book, Woven: A Peace Corps Adventure Filled with Faith, Laughter, and Love. Her second "classroom" was her single-family home in Maryland where she, her husband, and two children have lived for twenty years (the happy inspiration behind Take the Blog out of Your Own Eye: Confessions of a Midlife Mama.) Nancy is currently learning and working as the Neurodivergent Specialist at Fusion Academy and is excited to be writing her next book: The Neurodivergent Handbook (for kids with beautiful brains who think differently).
