Kim Thomas is an accomplished executive leadership coach and a trusted organizational consultant, celebrated for her unwavering belief that work is not just a means to an end, but a sacred calling. Renowned for her proven track record in embracing a people-centric, servant leadership style, Kim has consistently garnered recognition and deep respect throughout her career.
Over the course of 34 years, Kim Thomas honed her executive leadership skills within Fortune 100 technology corporations and large non-profit healthcare organizations. She was a Vice President at one of the United States’ largest health systems before making the pivotal decision to embark on a new chapter by founding The Sacred Cubicle, a coaching and consulting organization.
Kim firmly believes that every Christian is called to live out the Great Commission, and she sees this journey beginning by embodying the Fruit of the Spirit in our daily lives. When we walk moment by moment with the Spirit leading, and guiding us, we will bear witness of a very good God.
Kim has more than five years in lay church leadership and currently serves as board secretary for the First Church of the Nazarene in Pasadena, California. She holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and is pursuing an MDIV in Missional Leadership.
Kim resides in sunny Southern California with David, her husband of twenty-six years, and their two teenage daughters, Sydney and Brooke.
