Heather Creekmore

Heather Creekmore
Heather Creekmore spent decades on the treadmill--chasing beauty and perfecting her image. Now, through her writing and speaking, Heather's passion is to help women find freedom from the pressure to achieve a certain look and help them find their true purpose in this life. Though Heather's blog, Compared to Who? may break some grammar rules, it doesn't hide the realities of poor body image, comparison, and eating disorder issues that so many women face. Heather holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and a M.A. in Public Policy and spent thirteen years running political campaigns and raising money for non-profit causes. She's wife to Eric, to a Marine fighter pilot turned pastor-church planter, and mom to four young children whom she home schools (though she doesn't own a single denim jumper!). Originally a black pants wearing East Coast girl, Heather and her family now reside in the land of big earrings and bejeweled denim--Dallas, Texas. Connect with Heather on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or through her blog. www.ComparedToWho.me
